Carlos Costa

Manager, commercial and technical officer.
Holds a degree in Electro-technical Engineering – Energy and Power Systems – obtained at the Lisbon Superior Institute of Engineering (1978).
Has started his professional career at the São Jacinto Shipyards in the Electricity Department, project area, going to Mague and then the Viana do Castelo Shipyards. Returns to the São Jacinto Shipyards in 1985, first as Production assistant-manager, and then as Production manager and later on as member of the Board of Directors. In 2005, takes the position of General Manager of MPG’s Naval Department.
He is a founding partner of Atlanticeagle Shipbuilding, Lda.

Manager, administration, finance, technology and human resources officerJoaquim Peres
Holds a degree in Economy obtained at the Portuguese Catholic University and a Masters in Economic and Social Development by the ISCTE. Has performed training in e-Business & e-Commerce at the UPM (Madrid), certified Professional Consultant by the Business Strategy Academy (London) and Project Development and Management by Europe Media – Miskolc University (Hungary).

Has begun his professional career in the development services at the National Development Bank – Banco de Fomento Nacional. Has become part of the direction and administration of several companies in Portugal, Spain, England, Brazil and Morocco. Has been an university teacher for more than 20 years and a consultant in several national and international institutions. Has been Director of the São Jacinto Shipyards between 2002 and 2005.
He is a founding partner of Atlanticeagle Shipbuilding, Lda.

Diogo CostaIntegrated logistic support, procurement, chain management.
Holds a degree in Electro-technical and Telecommunications Engineering obtained at the Aveiro University and has specialised in Integrated Logistic Support. Has been a consultant at the Viana do Castelo Shipyards where he has coordinated the Logistics department and has assured the Integrated Logistic Support of the costal inspection boats and oceanic patrol ships. Has also collaborated with Certitecna, working in the development of the Integrated Logistic Support to be implemented in the Portuguese Navy military ships and in civil ships.
Has joined Atlanticeagle Shipbuilding in 2013.

Production Management
Graduated at Nautical School, owns a vast curriculum directly connected to the shipbuilding industry including the Navigation National Company, Mozambican Navigation Company, Angonave, Reptejo, and MPG, having been also a Shipowner.
Has joined Atlanticeagle Shipbuilding in 2012.
