In nowadays a shipyard of this dimension is no longer a unit where everything is done. This is due to the evolution of the market which has led to the creation of highly specialized companies focused in different services, as well as to its own convenience (related to the reduction) to reduce the risk of its exploitation.
In this sense, Atlanticeagle Shipbuilding has already established contact for technological partnerships that enable the development of the ENM repair and building activity at the most technological level.
The partnerships will be dedicated to the core-business aimed:

• Alfeite’s Naval base for small and medium-sized vessels, for the Navy, as well as the development of special and innovating projects which will impose themselves by their difference.

These partnerships will not limit themselves to the supply of the different projects. Furthermore and more important, they will assume a decisive role in the follow-up of the buildings and in the dialogue with the ship-owner and his representatives in order to insure that the shipyard will build with the quality that is expected and following the ship-owner’s requirements. Only by doing so will we achieve to totally satisfy our clients and most important their loyalty to the shipyard.
These partnerships will also be important to insure that the shipyard has all the indispensable tools to directly submit proposals to the ship-owners.
Finally, through these partnerships the shipyard will also increase its market, since currently, before consulting, the ship-owners search for different technical advisors to choose the more appropriate project.
Thus, we divide the partnerships in two different types:

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
Atlanticeagle Shipbuilding considers as a condition for the development of its activity, the establishment of strategic partnerships with companies that guarantee:
 The support in the pinpointing of new markets and clients;
 To facilitate information about these markets and clients;
 The submission of a dossier with SWOT analysis of each market and client;
 The follow-up of the development of the activity with the new clients;
 Client support in the after sale service.

TECHNOLOGIC PARTNERSHIPS
Atlanticeagle Shipbuilding considers as a condition for the development of its activity, the establishment of technologic partnerships with companies that guarantee:
 The support in the preparation of proposals to the ship-owners with the submission of all the technical information necessary;
 To provide the basic project;
 To provide the detailed project;
 The follow-up e supervision of the building;
 Technical support in the hand-over process to the ship-owner;
 Client support in the after sale service.
